Sacramento Kings rookie Devin Carter is finally poised to step onto the NBA court for the first time.
On Friday, Shams Charania reported that Carter, selected 13th in the NBA draft, has been cleared to play in Sacramento’s matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies.

After undergoing left shoulder surgery in July, Carter has spent the entire season recovering and rehabbing from the procedure.
