What is the Nigeria Customs Service?

Basic Requirements for Application/Eligibility Criteria for NCS Recruitment:

To apply for the NCS recruitment, you’ll need to meet a few conditions:

  • Possess a First School Leaving Certificate
  • Have an SSCE, WAEC, or NECO Result with at least five credits.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a related field.
  • Fall within the age conditions set by NCS.
  • Have basic computer knowledge (this will give you an edge!)
  • Be a Nigerian by birth.
  • Meet certain height requirements. – Male candidates must be at least 1.7 meters in height, while female candidates should be a minimum of 1.64 meters tall
  • A minimum chest measurement of 0.87 meters in full expansion is required for male candidates.
  • Be mentally and physically fit with a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital.
  • Not suffer from any physical or mental disabilities
  • Hold at least a WASSCE, NECO, GCE, and/or NABTEB certificate

Higher degrees such as OND, HND, and BSC are also welcomed.
